Medicinal Ingredient (% w/w): I-Menthol 5%

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Aqua, Boswellia Carterii Resin Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Diazolidinyl Urea, Dihydroxyaluminum Aminoacetate, DL-Tartaric Acid, Glycerin, lodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Kaolin, Polyacrylic Acid, Polysorbate 80, Propylene Glycol, PVP, Sodium Polyacrylate, Titanium Dioxide

Adults and Adolescents 12 years of age and older: Clean and dry affected area, pop apart and partially peel back protective film and apply exposed patch to site of pain. Carefully remove remaining film while pressing patch to skin. Do not leave on skin for more than 8 hours. Use on affected areas not more than 4 times daily. Wash hands with cool water after use. Consult a health care professional for use beyond 7 days.

Adolescents under 12 years of age: Consult a physician.

When using this product: Use only as directed and do not tightly bandage. Do not apply with external heat, such as an electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not use with other ointments, creams, sprays or liniments. Do not apply to irritated skin. Store in airtight, light-resistant container at room temperature.

Keep out of the reach of children. Call a Poison Control Center immediately if overdose or accidental ingestion occurs. Stop use if hypersensitivity, allergy, rashes, and/or burning discomfort occur. Stop use and get medical help right away if you experience pain, swelling or blistering. Stop use and consult a health care professional if symptoms worsen, or reoccur within a few days. Consult a health care professional prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have sensitive skin.

Does not contain NSAIDs, Ibuprofen, Aspirin or Salicylate. Do not use if pouch is torn.
